We receive the form, log it under our GDPR policy, and run KYC-light — LinkedIn, company registry, public-records search, sanctions screen — within one working day.

If the profile fits Tier A or B, we send a Calendly link for a 30-minute discovery call within the next two working days.

Before the call, we read public material on your company and prepare specific questions.

On the call we let you describe the mandate before we describe ourselves. We classify against our four engagement tiers. Where we are the right partner, we send the engagement letter within 48 hours. Where we are not, we name two alternative advisors and offer a warm introduction.

Compliance

What you should know before any engagement.

1. KYC first.

Corporate KYC, UBO disclosure, source-of-funds, sanctions screening — before any LOI.

2. NDA before intros.

No project, partner or counterparty name is shared without a signed mutual NDA.

3. Boilerplate in every proposal.

We do not guarantee transaction closing, financing approval, grant award, permit issuance or project success.

4. No sanctioned capital.

We screen against EU and OFAC sanctions lists. We decline mandates where source of funds cannot be verified.

All project specifics are shared only after a signed mutual NDA. All capital flows occur under engagement letters signed by VerdeVolt Proiect S.R.L.
